Orders & Personalization
How do I personalize my item?
Each product page includes personalization fields where you can add names, dates, text, or photos. Just fill them in before adding the item to your cart. For a full walkthrough, see our How Personalization Works page.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we begin production quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible within a short window after ordering. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at contact@youruniquegift.com and we’ll do our best to help.
I made a mistake in my personalization — what can I do?
Contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started yet, we may be able to correct it. Once an item is in production, we’re unable to change it, as each piece is custom-made.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Since every item is made to order, please allow time for production in addition to shipping. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Personalized pieces take a little longer than off-the-shelf products — but they’re worth the wait.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping options and destinations are shown at checkout. Any customs or import charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us and we’ll help look into it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because all of our products are personalized and made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your personalization details carefully before ordering. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We work hard to show our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.
What photo quality do I need for photo gifts?
For the best results, upload a clear, high-resolution, well-lit image. Blurry or low-light photos may not print well.
