How Personalization Works
Creating your custom gift is simple. Just follow these steps and we’ll handle the rest.
Step 1: Choose your product
Browse our collections and pick the item you’d like to personalize. Each product page shows what personalization options are available — such as names, dates, text, or photos.
Step 2: Add your personalization details
On the product page, fill in the personalization fields. Depending on the item, this may include:
- Name or text — type exactly what you’d like to appear, including capitalization and spelling.
- Dates — enter important dates in the format shown.
- Photos — upload a clear, high-resolution image where photo personalization is offered.
- Options — choose any available colors, sizes, or styles.
Step 3: Review carefully
Because every item is made to order, please double-check your details before adding to cart. Review spelling, names, dates, and uploaded photos closely — your gift will be produced exactly as entered.
Step 4: Place your order
Once you’ve checked everything, add the item to your cart and complete checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Step 5: We create your gift
Our team gets to work crafting your personalized item. Since each piece is custom-made just for you, production takes a little time — but the result is a gift made to last.
Photo tips for the best results
- Use a high-resolution image — the clearer the photo, the better the print.
- Make sure the main subject is well-lit and in focus.
- Avoid heavily filtered or low-light images where possible.

Personalized items are created based on the information you provide, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer errors such as typos or incorrect details. Please review everything carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
