Refund & Return Policy

Every item at Your Unique Gift is made-to-order and personalized just for you. Because each piece is custom-created and cannot be resold, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage you to review your personalization details (spelling, names, dates, photos, and options) carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Your satisfaction matters to us. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@youruniquegift.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review it promptly and make it right — whether that's a replacement or another suitable solution.

Order changes and cancellations
Because production begins quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After personalization or production has started, changes are no longer possible. If you need to make a change, email us right away at contact@youruniquegift.com and we'll do our best to help.

EU cooling-off period
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. As all our products are custom-made, they fall under this exemption and are not eligible for return or refund under the cooling-off period. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
